Baby name needed for a colleague

So one of my colleagues left for maternity leave when we finished for Christmas Holidays.
She is expecting a baby girl on January 8th, and they still haven't decided on a first name.
Strangely, she has a middle name picked out but still no first name.

She has asked me to help her - and thought why not utilise my sources here.

So far she has .... Alice McGrath.
Mother = Caden
Father = Joe

They have a thing for unisex names - so that is what they would like for her.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
